Dear Parents/Caregivers,
The Performing Arts department would like to invite you to a special performance by the SAPOL – School Beat Band on Wednesday 20th of September underneath the COLA at EMPS at 11am. This performance is provided free of charge by the South Australian Police Department, all year levels from R-7 will be attending and it will be a wonderful learning experience for all.
The performance will be 40 minutes long and include:
- Messages about road safety
- Introduce the idea that police are your friends
- Dispel sayings about the police taking naughty children away
- Songs from movie themes and children’s television shows
- Road safety messages
- Bike, scooter and skateboard safety
- Police contact information.
