Student Wellbeing Leader Role

Due to a decision made by DECD, the name of the counsellor has been changed state-wide. The role remains the same, however counsellors will now be known as Student Wellbeing Leaders in all schools.

At East Marden Primary School the Student Wellbeing Leader continues to take a leading role in developing and maintaining a school climate aimed at improving outcomes for students.  The majority of the Student Wellbeing Leaders work is through implementing a proactive and preventative framework.  Our current framework is based on the PERMA + model.
